RASMUSSEN CONSULTING is a global facilitation and business consultancy company specializing in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.

We offer three kinds of services with the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® metod:

I: Facilitator Training
We deliver facilitator training and certification in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method. As Robert Rasmussen is one of the architects of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, Rasmussen Consulting delivers training certification seminars globally.

The facilitator training program provides the facilitator with the full set of skills, practice and theoretical background combined with the confidence and commitment necessary to successfully prepare and facilitate workshops in a way that gives maximum value to the participants.

Our facilitator training programs are delivered under the auspices of the Association of Master Trainers in the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method.

II: Business problem-solving
We use the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method to problem-solve business challenges by leveraging the organization's collective insights and fast-track to the real issues, enabling better and faster decision-making. 

Our core competence is customized workshop that

  • Address challenges related to strategy and organizational development, product development, creativity mining, team development, individual development and education innovation

  • Run from 2 hours - multiple days

  • Are for groups from 2 - 500+

We use the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® to build effective communication and mutual understanding. These skills will allow the team to reach new insights, unlock new knowledge and break their habitual way of thinking.

III: Learning Labs
Learning Labs sessions are highly interactive, hands-on training sessions designed to help businesses boost their performance. These workshops introduce participants to NEW business approaches AND also provide them with the opportunity to experience the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method, a highly effective tool for learning and implementing these new ideas within an organization with excitement and commitment.

The sessions typically are one-day hands-on workshops for up to 12 participants. Participants can be from the same organization or from multiple organizations. The understanding of theoretical elements of the new business approach will be connected to each participant’s personal background through the extensive use of the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method.
